Recently renovated taking into account both the aesthetics of the material and the reduced environmental impact, the Hotel Estate is the first Eco-label awarded hotel in Emilia Romagna; it is located on the northern side of Rimini, overlooking the sea of Torre Pedrera. Run by the Montemaggi family and open all year round, the hotel is a short distance from Rimini center, the Palacongressi, Fiera di Rimini, theme parks of the Adriatic coast as well as pubs, restaurants and nightclubs of the Capital of Entertainment.
