Pascalò Restaurant is a small and very intimate restaurant set in a picturesque property that was once a fisherman house, on the suggestive beach of Vietri sul Mare, on the Amalfi coast. Chef Pasquale Vitale, usually called Pascalò by his friends, offers his clients recipes jealously handed down that always exceed the expectations of attentive taster, with passion for his work and pride for his origins.
Here you can enjoy fresh fish daily caught by local fishermen: the ancient traditional fish dishes, revisited in a modern key, are proposed by chef Pasquale who learned his culinary art both in his family and during his jobs abroad, in Italian and US restaurants.
