Petrosino
Description
Petrosino, whose name derives from the Sicilian word "Pitrusinu" (parsley), is a coastal town composed by some of the neighboring villages and estates, once falling within Marsala and Mazara del Vallo territories.
Recently built, it assumed the present configuration thanks to the English John Woodhouse who made to build a rural farm (called Baglio).
Other important monuments are the Sibiliana Tower, the Montenero Tower, the Spanò rural farm and the Basile one.
